When it comes to being more proactive, then it demands to wake up full of energy to do work properly in a day. Some people wake up feeling a lack of energy and their whole day will spend with no motivation. Your life does not need to feel this way.

Studies have shown that an average person needs 6-7 hours of sleep. But it varies from age to age. So here is the chart for easiness to know the sleep according to your age:

The people who follow this rule (Richard Branson, Ursula Burns, Tim Cook, etc.,) have better health and life as compare to those who do not follow it. Wake-up time by most of the researcher’s results showed that 7:00 am is good. For this, you can set the alarm too at 6:45 am and do not snooze. To adopt this habit get 40 days and after this no need for alarm.

Do some exercise and start your active day. Do a healthy breakfast that helps to boost your day. Drink plenty of water in the whole day that is 7-8 glass. Also, take a short nap in the afternoon for 15-20 minutes to again raise your energy level and it will make you feel fresh for doing more work efficiently. 





By doing this in the whole day you will feel better results in form of better digestion, regularity and strong immune system that is very much important to stay healthy and active. If you are facing broken or depressed feelings then sleeping on fixed time and wake up time will help you to overcome this difficult face and your emotions will be stable soon.

If you did not get enough sleep you will face many problems that will be shown by the passage of time like getting sick more often as your immune system is weak, high blood pressure, heart diseases, depression. As said that excess of everything is bad so if you get less sleep it is again harmful too. There will be problems of anxiety, thyroid disorders, depression, and asthma.
