Drink plenty of water:

For better health must take plenty of water In a day to hydrate your body to work efficiently and avoid different skin and health issues. Mostly said a person has to take 8 glasses of water per day. But it differentiates according to gender like men have to take 15-16 cups (3.7 liters) and women 11-12 cups(2.7 liters) per day.

Eat more fish/ meat:

Meat is healthy for the body but eating too much meat will give you a negative effect on your body. Fish is also a very healthy diet. Fish are good for health as it includes omega 3, vitamin D and B2.

Try not to eat more salty and sugary food:

As said excess of everything is bad so try to avoid more salty and sugary foods As it is harmful to health. A person should not take salt more than 6 grams.

Try new recipes:

To avoid fade up from the daily routine of food try new recipes to make more delicious foods. Many social sites of new recipes will help in this regard.

Do not skip meal:

It’s a key point not to skip a meal because it will damage your health badly. If it becomes a habit then the stomach will not work efficiently. Eat after 3-4 hours to give body strength that requires to work.
