Vitamin D:
Eggs are also a great source of protein. Egg yolk is rich in vitamin D that the human body needs. If a body has a deficiency of vitamin D it may cause mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. It may also improve seasonal disaffected orders during winter.
Dark chocolate:
Dark Chocolate is also a source of magnesium. Take magnesium food or supplement to overcome deficiency otherwise, it may lead to increase depression and anxiety. Try to choose dark chocolate, aim for 70% or more. It also contains sugar and fats that are 1-3 grams per servings is appropriate.
Oranges:
When you feel anxiety disorder try to use citrus fruits that may help calm you and put you in a better frame of mind. In this case, you can use oranges and lemon that is good in flavor too.
Liver:
Calf liver is best for overcoming this issue but you can eat chicken liver as well. Both are full of vitamin B and folic acid that help make brain chemicals that affect the way you feel.

Preparing meals will help to reduce stress. Try to cook new recipes that you and your family love to eat. Spending time cooking delicious food will divert your attention from tension and you will be feeling good as you forget about your stress for a while.
