Smoking isn’t itself a disease but it causes several diseases including heart stroke, chronic lung cancer, infertility, etc. It is hard to break a habit because it contains nicotine which is an addictive chemical and the body gets used to it very quickly. It becomes part of their lives and they end up addicted to it. Becoming habitual to it is quite easy but get rid of it is a hard task but as per the scientific studies, the good news is that it is not impossible.

1- Seriousness 

Be serious about it. Take 15 minutes to walk when you feel like they need it, use warm water instead of cold water, sleep on time, stay-aways from smokers, breath in a good environment, etc.

When you stop smoking, nicotine deficiency in your body may give you headaches, mood swings and you’ll feel so down. The craving for a single cigarette will push you up to grab a cigarette. For this situation, there are three ways available to cope up with all this.
