Presently, billions of people around the world have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, which is having a further smash on people’s mental health.

World Mental Health Day

WHO Event for Mental Health

The first time, on World Mental Health Day, 10 October, the World Health Organization will arrange a global online advocacy event on mental health. At this big event for Mental Health – WHO will exhibit the work that its employees are doing around the world to decrease mental illness and the lethal use of alcohol and drugs. World mental health experts are joining the WHO Director-General to talk about their dedication to mental health. World musicians will join and spread awareness of the importance of mental health through disclosing their potentials and will spread motivation. Moreover, women who have been affected by mental ill-health will share their happenings and how they have given-out with conditions such as depression and anxiety. At the end event, a Special Prize for a mental health film will be awarded.





World Federation for Mental Health

The World Federation for Mental Health is an international community organization founded in 1948. Among all peoples and nations, the prevention of mental and emotional disorders, the proper treatment and care is required. The partnership will be the initiator of World Mental Health Day.
