Richard Harrison - broadly known as "Old Man" on "Pawn Stars" - has passed on, as per his child, Rick Harrison. 

''The Old Man' Harrison passed away today encompassed by those he cherished," Rick said Monday morning ... "He will be massively missed by our family, the group at Gold and Silver Pawn and his numerous fans the world over."

"He was my saint and I was blessed to get an exceptionally cool 'Old Man' as my father."

'Old Man' moved to Vegas back in the mid '80s and opened the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop with his child, Rick.
